Women's Ministry
Titus 2:3-5
Purpose:
The Women’s ministry at RRBC exists to equip, edify, and encourage women to grow in Christ and His Word as to love the Lord with all their heart, mind, and soul as we seek to accomplish all through theological/doctrinal depth, love of scripture, biblical discipleship, intentional fellowship, and in our desire to make Christ known.

Biblically Saturated and Christ-Centered:
God reveals Himself and His gospel though His Word, the Bible. The Word of God is our supreme authority in all matters of faith, worship, life, and witness. Since one cannot truly understand how to honor Christ apart from His Word, His Word will serve as the foundation for our Women’s Ministry.

Discipleship:
We believe that to grow in Christ, women need to be serious students of God’s Word who strive for theological/doctrinal depth as well as biblical discernment. In addition to deep study, we also recognize the importance of both building and fostering internally deep relationships with one another through fellowship and prayer.

Intergenerational:
We believe in the importance of intergenerational discipleship. As Paul instructed Titus, older women are to teach younger women “what is good.” As such, we encourage women’s events that include women of all ages (i.e. Teens - Elderly), for the purpose of growing in both wisdom and zeal with each other.

Missional:
As women grow in Christ, we desire to see them excited to invite and declare the gospel with others in everyday life (i.e. friends, neighbors, and co-workers). While we seek for our people to grow in their love and knowledge of God’s Word, as well as feel connected in beneficial ways with the whole of our fellowship, we also desire for individuals outside RRBC to come to know Christ and the Gospel due to the to the passionate and joy-filled witness of our women for the name and cause of Christ.
