What We Value
We acknowledge that there are many wonderful truths and focuses which will define us as a church, however, below we have merely sought to establish these "essentials" as the foundation and framework of all we seek to do for God's glory, our joy, and the good of a watching world.
WHY EXEGETICAL / EXPOSITIONAL PREACHING?
We prioritize preaching which explains the Bible and exalts Jesus Christ. You will notice two values from our preaching, high Theology and high transparency. Meaning, we desire to focus our attention on the scripture itself, teaching the Biblical text clearly, accurately, and within context. However, we also desire to be transparent about how the Biblical text has impacted our lives and challenged us to follow Jesus Christ as well. Our prayer is that our preaching helps establish within all of us a robust knowledge, love, and desire for more of God’s Word, and for such to be on full display in our weekly services when we gather together as a church and ultimately in our everyday lives.
