RRBC is Christ ruled, Elder led, Deacon served, and Congregation affirmed/confirmed.

 

The New Testament is clear about those who have the responsibility of oversight and care of the church. These men are called pastors and elders, with both titles being used to refer to the same pastoral office of leadership in the church. Christ is the head of the church, and He mediates His rule in the church through the loving shepherding of qualified pastors (elders). (Acts 6:2-6, 15:1-35, 20:17-18, 28-31; Gal. 1:6-9; 1 Thess. 5:12; 1 Tim. 1:3-7, 3:1-7, 5:17; 2 Tim. 4:2; Titus 1:5-16; Heb. 13:7, 17; 1 Pet. 5:1-4)
